Yoga Therapy (Private)
This is for anyone suffering from stress, anxiety, depression, PTSD, addiction or any sign of trauma. We will combine yoga, meditation, and specific trauma-informed self-regulation techniques to identify triggers early on.
By practicing trauma-informed yoga regularly, you can lower your baseline level of emotional stimulation, so when something happens, you meet it with presence, curiosity and patience, rather than fear, agitation, anxiety or any other symptom of trauma. $65
